A deposit is required before project work begins. Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled at any point before completion, the deposit is forfeited and no further amount is owed by either party.
Once a milestone has been paid and accepted, or a site has gone live, no refund is available for that payment.
Ongoing services such as hosting, email, and support are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, you may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No refund is issued for any unused days in that final period.
We may update this policy from time to time. For ongoing service clients, we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
